Is blogging good for your actuarial career?

I saw this blog earlier and they listed 10 reasons why blogging is good for your career. Take a look...Also they have the link to a company's blogging policy. I think it will be a good guidelines for beginning blogger like myself to take a reference. I wonder how I can use blogging as a tool to create win-win situation for my company, my clients (in the future) and myself....
