Some dishes I cooked over the Spring Break

These are the chinese dishes I cooked during the Spring break.

The first one is called "Cheung Fun", I stir-fried it with some chili sauce.

The second one is "Choi Sum", "Thousand-year old egg" and pork porridge and the fried flour dough.

The last one is sweet green bean soup with seaweed.

I guess, after all, I'm a pretty good cook;)

My wife would say, "looks delicious".

For the longest time, my wife experimented with Chinese cuisine, but she gave up. In particular, when cooking chicken dishes, we could never get the moisture out of the chicken.
