Climbing, Climb on

I was doing some indoor rock-climbing last night.
It was fun and challenging.
It's both physical and mental.
I had to deal with my own fear of falling,
and also my fear of height.
At the same time,
I had to learn how to rely on my legs,
rather than pulling myself up with my arms.

I found the Archive of Rock Climbing Moves and Tips.
It seems that some of their techiques are useful.
I may try them out next week when I climb again!
