I need a translator if I watch a Chinese movie with French substitles

I was at a French Chinese movie website
and watching the trailer last night.
The actors/actresses spoke so softly
that I couldn't hear what they said.
The captions were in French
(Duh, it's a movie released in France.)
Can't the producer create an English version for the website?

In the end, I used the Babel Fish translation from Yahoo to understand the captions.
Though some wordings seemed awkard after the translation, I couldn't complain.

I thought English is the universal language now.
However, in some corners of the internet,
it may not be the case.
