Self-reflection

I went to a national company training last week.
All the new hires were from a very diverse background---
Asians, Americans, Canadians, Europeans and Africans....
I felt like I'm really in a global workfoce.
Though everyone looked different,
the core essence of everyone is the same---
smart, intelligent, ambitious, socialable,
multi-cultured and well-travelled.

It sounds strange,
but it is a self-reflection to me.

(No, it's not about boasting myself.)

It's in the company's vision to hire
the best and the brightest people.
Of course it is subjective to determine
who's bright and who's the best.
Based on what I saw last week,
I know what the company is looking for.

(And this is another way to re-comfirm myself that---
I belong here)
